Digital Estates offers the average type of investor with only a few thousand dollars to invest in residential single family home / real estate properties. Not only will you own a part of the Real Estate but you can use the property similar to a timeshare except without all the hidden fees.
How does the fractionalized real estate investment work?
We sell you a digital card that functions as your all access real estate pass. What this means is if you want to visit the property for FREE you will need to possess one of our homes digital cards.

What types of real estate projects does Digital Estates focus on?
Our project will mostly revolve around new homes builds. The founder, Brandon is a custom home builder. He will oversee the project and build out a new home for each new home / project we invest in.

How are profits distributed to investors?
As the funds start to come in they will be put into an account at which the investors can make a claim from so they can start to earn their investment back.
Is there a minimum investment amount?
Yes there will actually be a few different ways to collect one of Web3 homes. Amounts and or prices are TBA
What is the expected timeframe for returns on investment?
Realistically 5 - 7 years. Keep in mind you must always hold your Digital Key in your wallet to retain your rights to the property and be able to use it. If you lose your Key you lose your share and can no longer use the property.
How does the NFT aspect integrate with real estate investments?
By buying or collecting a Digital Key (NFT) to one of our homes you own a piece of the property like you would similar to a timeshare. The Digital Key or NFT is your key to the home you invest in.
What security measures are in place to protect investor data and transactions?
Everything is on a public ledger. Even the Digital Keys are on a public ledger and anyone can view the incoming and outgoing transactions B UT you hold your Digital keys in your wallet. Should you click a scam link and lose your Digital Key you lose your part of the home you once owned and visited so always be aware of what you hooking your digital wallet to and make sure you trust the links you click.
Can I visit the properties funded by Digital Estates?
Sure there are a few ways you can see our properties.
1.) Own one of our homes Digital Cards NFTs and you can visit it once per year.
2.) Book a stay through your favorite app. (Airbnb)
3.) Schedule a viewing of the property with the property manager.
